So I broke my big toe and am not allowed to walk/bike/run/anything besides water aerobics (my doc’s exact words) for at least 2 weeks, but possibly 3.
Anyone have any ideas what exercise I CAN do w/this injury? I can’t put pressure on my left foot (where the break is at) so that rules out squats or anything that I need to stabilize on my feet and/or with my feet.
HELP!? Is there anything?

Had some setbacks the past two weeks due to well… life! Worked out 4/10 days which isn’t good, but better than nothing. However, my eating was subpar. I consumed enough gluten to feel like vomiting last night (couldn’t resist the poptarts) and told myself I go months without gluten and there’s no reason to get THIS sick over something I know makes me ill. So today, no gluten. And tomorrow and the rest of the week/month, no gluten. That is normal, so it won’t be too difficult.
But starting today I am back at it! Strength (Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30) was done while my potatoes/zucchini was under the broiler. Then had salmon with that for dinner. Cardio is left once dinner settles.
Still trying to aim for carbs <150 and protein >50. Starting this training tomorrow called Bridge to 10k, which shouldn’t be terrible considering I’ve been running most of those workout days.
Week 1 is Run 10 walk 1 * 4… not shabby :)

Disappointing, but it is what it is.
